In 2019, husband and wife team Damien and Michelle made a life-altering decision: to step away from the FIFO lifestyle and start their own electrical business. From that moment, EMCAL Electrical was established.
Starting EMCAL Electrical wasn't just about a career change - it was a commitment to creating a better future for their family and building something that could be passed down through generations.
Damien and Michelle's dream was to establish a legacy, a company where their children could eventually find opportunities and secure their futures. They wanted to create a business that would not only provide financial stability but also instil in their kids the values of hard work, entrepreneurship, and dedication.
Today, EMCAL Electrical is a family-owned and operated business that employs a team of passionate and qualified electricians who proudly service residential, industrial, and commercial customers across Perth.
Meet Damien
Damien, the lead Electrician at EMCAL Electrical, has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. His career has taken him through a diverse range of roles, including domestic, commercial, and industrial projects. Damien's expertise extends to shop fit-outs, hotel and motel fit-outs, as well as the challenging environments of mining and offshore oil and gas. His extensive background and hands-on experience ensure that every job is completed to the highest standard, no matter the size or complexity.
Meet Michelle
Michelle plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations of EMCAL Electrical, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. While she started by assisting Damien with various tasks, she primarily focused on managing accounts and scheduling. Michelle is now expanding her role into business development and sales. Her dedication and support have been crucial in the growth and success of the business, helping to drive EMCAL Electrical forward as they continue to build their family legacy.
