About EMCAL Electrical
We’re a solid growing crew based in Rockingham delivering residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work across Perth and the greater WA region. Our bread and butter includes real estate compliance, switchboard upgrades, EV charging installs, general service/maintenance work, renovations and new builds. We’re known for quality work, straight talk, and getting the job done without the fluff.
We are growing fast and we need someone with the right mix of experience and initiative to grow with us and help drive the next stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met on time and within scope

• Jumping into SimPRO, reviewing plans, and assisting in getting quotes out quickly

• Overseeing day-to-day ops, scheduling, supplier coordination, materials and team support

• Identifying new work through your network, relationships, or just keeping your ear to the ground

• Tracking costs vs quotes and constantly tightening up our pricing

• Reporting directly to the business owners, your voice and ideas will shape the next phase of EMCAL Electrical

 

What We’re Looking For

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

• 5+ years on the tools or in PM roles, ideally with some experience in construction

• Confidence using software (SimPRO, Excel) or quick to learn

• Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills

• You know how to deliver what’s been promised

• You’ve got industry contacts or confidence to help bring in new work, not just price it

• Someone who takes ownership, solves problems and doesn’t need babysitting
